This may include the visitor’s name, contact details, company, vehicle registration number, reason for visit, person being visited, entry time, exit time, and any other information your company requires.
Vehicle details can be captured quickly and accurately, and where required, the vehicle registration or access information can be scanned to reduce errors and speed up the process.
You also have the option to add photos where needed, such as a vehicle photo, licence disc, delivery note, visitor document, or any other supporting image.

This helps ensure that every vehicle and visitor movement is properly recorded and can be reviewed later if needed.
All information captured through the Vehicle Access module is stored securely and handled in line with POPIA requirements, helping companies manage visitor and vehicle information responsibly and compliantly.

All vehicle access records are linked to the site visit, giving your company a clear record of who entered the site, why they were there, and when they arrived or left.
