ASSETS
Take control of your assets from one place — know where they are, what condition they are in, what maintenance is required and the full history of work completed.

When employees arrive onsite, they can quickly see the assets assigned to that site and identify the correct item using its Asset ID, QR code, barcode or supported NFC tag.
Ontouch keeps each physical asset linked to one permanent record so its location, condition, inspections, maintenance requirements and history remain together.

Employees can inspect an asset, confirm that it is accounted for, capture its condition, add notes or photos and update its status when something changes, for example when an asset is damaged, repaired, transferred or placed into maintenance.
New assets can also be added with their identification, site, category, description, photo, status and other important asset information.

Stay ahead of maintenance with service reminders and asset notifications that highlight work requiring attention, overdue maintenance and upcoming service requirements.
When maintenance is required, a work order can be created, prioritised and assigned to an internal technician or external service provider. Progress can then be followed from request and assignment through to work in progress, parts required, follow-up and completion.
Labour costs, parts costs, job references, completion notes, asset condition and the next service date can all be recorded against the asset, creating a complete maintenance history.
Supporting documents such as warranties, invoices, manuals, service records and certificates can be stored for easy access, while categories and descriptions keep the asset register organised and reporting meaningful.

Asset management on our website

Ontouch gives your team a clear operational view of every asset across your sites. At any time you can see where an asset is located, its current status and condition, when it was last inspected, whether maintenance is outstanding and whether an open work order requires attention.
Each asset has a lifecycle history that brings together site movements, status changes, inspections, maintenance, repairs, technician activity and recorded costs. Dashboards highlight the assets that need attention, while detailed reports help management review maintenance performance, costs, service requirements and asset history.

From identification and inspection to maintenance and reporting, Ontouch keeps the complete asset story together in one reliable record.
