The Photos module can be accessed in the app after logging on site, allowing employees to capture and upload images while they are physically working at the location.

Photos can also be added through the website, giving management and office users the flexibility to upload images when needed.

These photos are additional site photos, separate from images captured within other Ontouch modules such as incidents, question sets, tasks, inspections, or other activity-based records. This allows companies to keep general site images and supporting visual records in one dedicated place.

Companies can create their own photo folders, allowing images to be grouped according to their operational needs, such as site areas, activities, events, general records, or any other company-specific categories.
