Employee attendance is managed through a simple clock-in and clock-out process, giving both employees and management a clear record of working time. Attendance activity can be accessed from your Dashboard page.

With one click, employees can clock in at the start of their day or shift. Ontouch will detect their location and ask them to confirm which site they are working from.

Once the site has been selected, all available activities linked to that site can be accessed from the site page. As employees work, their attendance time is monitored until they clock out at the end of their day or shift.

Employees can view their own attendance activity from the reports page in the app, while management has access to detailed attendance information for accurate time logs, workforce visibility, and reporting.

Companies can also view a live attendance grid showing which employees are currently clocked in, where they are working, and their attendance status for the day.
