ROUTES
Routes are designated site points that need to be visited within a scheduled time in specific or any order with an optional multiple user function
Advance

If your company has assigned a route schedule to you, the Routes module will become available once you have clocked in onsite.
Ontouch offers different route systems to suit different industries and operational needs.

Depending on your industry, your company can choose the route system that best fits the way your team works, whether that is Security Routes, Facility Services, or Room Servicing.
Each route type is designed to support a specific requirement, such as patrols, service checks, cleaning tasks, inspections, or room servicing.

To use the route system, first clock in onsite and open the Routes module. Any routes or rounds assigned to you will be displayed.
If the route has a scheduled start time, the round will become available when it is time to begin. Simply select the route and click Start.
Routes available after site log on
As you move through the route, scan each designated point using the QR code, barcode, or NFC tag provided at that location.

After scanning a point, you may be asked to complete a task, answer a question set, add comments, capture a photo, report an issue, or continue to the next point.

Ontouch records important timing information throughout the route, including the start time, end time, total route duration, and the time taken between points.
This helps identify completed, missed, incomplete, delayed, unusually fast, or unusually slow routes.
Companies can set up multiple routes, assign them to specific employees or teams, and control which users have access to complete them.
This gives management better control over who is responsible for each scheduled route and helps ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.

Live reporting allows current and completed routes to be monitored in real time.
Detailed route reports and summaries are also available, showing completed rounds, missed points, partial completions, timings, durations, concerns, site activity, and supporting information captured during the route.

Employees benefit from a clear view of the work expected from them, including their route schedules, assigned tasks, and activity history. This helps both employees and management stay organised, informed, and productive.

Everything is recorded and both employee and employer feel at ease, organised and productive.
