S.O.S management on our website
SOS is controlled at company level. Administrators can enable or disable Emergency access and choose the active Ontouch users who should receive company-wide emergency alerts.
Each emergency event keeps the sender, site, GPS location, time of activation, responder delivery information, acknowledgements, and any attached voice note together in one record. Recent events can be reopened from the app so the latest status and acknowledgement information can be reviewed.
This gives organisations a more structured emergency process with faster communication, clearer responder accountability, and a reliable record that can support incident review and safety follow-up.
From the first SOS activation to responder acknowledgement, Ontouch keeps the emergency information together in one clear record.
