The Reports page gives you a clear history of your recorded work, with a choice of Day or Month view.

Reports are shown for the modules available to you, including Attendance, Site visits, Question sets, Tasks, Routes, Incidents, Assets and other enabled activities.

Attendance and site visits show clock-in, clock-out, onsite and offsite information with total time where available. Completed work can include start, completion and duration details, depending on the activity.

Select View summary to see your activity in time order, grouped by site, with totals for sites, activities, time onsite and clocked-in time where available. The summary can also be emailed to you as a PDF.

Reports only show modules that are enabled for your company and available to your user profile.

Depending on your access, this can include completed Tasks, Routes, Incidents, Assets, Room Servicing, Facility Services, Vehicle activity, Inventory, Photos, Emergency activity and Site Notes.

This keeps your report focused on the work and records that are relevant to you.

Reports on our website
The website provides company-wide reporting across the Ontouch modules your organisation uses. Reports can be reviewed by period, user, site and other module-specific filters.

Operational dashboards and detailed report views cover areas such as Attendance, Sites, Tasks, Incidents, Assets, Inventory, Question sets, Facility Services, Room Servicing, Vehicle activity, Security routes and other enabled modules.

Managers can move from summary information into detailed records, review activity and duration information where available, and export supported reports to PDF.

The Live Operations view gives companies a current operational picture, while Company and User reporting help review activity across a selected period.
