INVENTORY
Capture and monitor all inventory at your sites
Inventory gives teams a practical way to keep site stock accurate, visible and easier to control. Once a user is logged on to a site, they can select an inventory category, start or resume a count, record good / usable and damaged quantities, and submit the result against the correct site.

Where item verification is configured, QR or barcode scanning helps confirm that the correct stock is being counted. Progress is saved so unfinished counts can be resumed, while completed counts show expected versus counted quantities and highlight missing, damaged or over-counted stock.

Authorised users can also add inventory items and categories from the app, including expected quantities and optional scan codes. This gives management better stock visibility and makes exceptions easier to identify before they become recurring problems.

Ontouch keeps expected inventory linked to each site, giving teams a clear baseline for every count. Items can be organised into categories, with expected quantities and item details maintained centrally for consistent counting across locations.

Missing, damaged and over-counted stock is surfaced as an exception, helping managers focus on the discrepancies that need attention instead of working through every line manually. This makes regular stock checks easier to manage and gives a clearer view of where losses, damage or unexpected stock levels are occurring.
CONNECTION REQUIRED
Inventory requires a live connection in the current app. Reconnect before opening the module, starting a count or submitting stock results.
Inventory management on our website

The website gives managers a live inventory dashboard across items, sites and counts. Set expected inventory by site, maintain inventory items, suppliers and categories, count stock from the web when needed, and configure email notifications including variance-only alerts.

Inventory reporting includes last-count exceptions, last count, historical views and summaries, with detailed results showing expected, good / usable, damaged, missing and over-counted quantities. Detailed PDFs and period comparisons make recurring discrepancies easier to follow and improve accountability across sites.

Keep site stock visible, make variances obvious and give teams a clear record of every count.
